Despite their dire situations, it is important to show compassion towards tramps and offer a helping hand whenever possible. Society must unite to address the underlying issues that lead to dereliction, in order to build a more compassionate community. By providing resources, promoting understanding, and calling for reform, we can aspire to enhance the well-being of these vulnerable individuals.
